TREES! TREES! AND MORE TREES! Many homeowners were surprised a few weeks ago to find new trees planted in their yards and in the common area throughout the neighborhood. Some thought too many trees were planted and in areas they would be detrimental to streets and sidewalks. The City of North Charleston requires developers to plant a certain number of trees in the neighborhood as they complete construction in the neighborhood. Ryland did their best to evenly distribute the trees throughout Sandpines. Even though you may not have asked for a tree in your yard and got one, please help keep them alive by watering them when the weather turns warmer. A live tree in the yard is better than a dead tree in the yard.
