The Board of Directors continues to work through the Covenants and create new guidelines for the neighborhood. They recently updated the fence guidelines, approved guidelines for storage sheds and are currently working on landscape guidelines. Please remember ANY change to the exterior of the home or the lot requires ACC approval. The application is available on the Sandpines website.
