NEW POOL GUIDELINES

The Sandpines Board has been hard at work on guidelines for the community. By now everyone should have seen the fence guidelines and the shed guidelines. The newest addition are guidelines for pools. In-ground and above ground pools will be permitted. An application is required for installation. Pool guidelines and ACC applications can be found on the main page.
