Residents will be receiving their 2011 assessment statements in the mail over the next few days. The annual assessment this year is $342.00. Payment is due January 1st, 2011.
Payments must be posted to your account by January 30th to avoid assessment of late fees,
Please do not mail payments to the management office at 349 Folly Road.
Payments received in the office can take an additional five days to process which could result in late fees being assessed.
